About the Business

At Journey Beyond, we operate iconic rail journeys that share special places and create lasting memories for our guests.

The Storesperson plays a vital role in ensuring all departing Journeys are fully stocked and prepared for their departure.

This part-time position involves receiving, handling and dispatching goods in the warehouse. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, verifying and issuing products located in the warehouse
  • Maintaining stock levels to deliver service efficiencies
  • Conducting stock takes as instructed
  • Picking stock for delivery as scheduled
  • Loading/unloading stock onto trains as required
  • Delivering stock to retail outlets at Adelaide Parklands Terminal
  • Completing supporting documentation and reporting any discrepancies
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and HACCP requirements

Additionally, the Storesperson will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

This role requires flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays. A current forklift and driver's license is also required.
