Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital is currently seeking clinical nurses to join our PACU team. Each position offers a contract of up to 72 hours.
About The Role
- Work with a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
- Engage in daily problem solving and mentor team members.
- Foster a positive, friendly, and supportive work culture.
- Collaborate closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure safety, effectiveness, and adherence to best practices.
Your Skills And Experience
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum three (3) years' postgraduate experience in the specialty area.
- Possession of or working towards relevant postgraduate qualifications.
- Strong time management, clinical problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, delegation skills, and ability to act as a positive role model.
- Proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care needs.
Remuneration
Base hourly rates range from $54.72 to $58.82 plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2, grades 1-4). Penalties and allowances are additional.

Requirements
