Overview

Service Technician role at Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation. This opportunity is based across Geelong and the Western suburbs of Melbourne, with exposure to in-house product training including Chillers and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Responsibilities
  • Routine troubleshooting
  • Testing, repairs and maintenance on air conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment
  • Taking ownership of problems and following through to resolution
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and delivery excellence while exceeding customer service expectations
  • Involvement in growing sales, increasing market share and the company's net profitability
Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are proactive, professional, punctual, well presented and possess a can-do attitude.

As a Minimum You Must Have
  • A high level of communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
  • Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components
  • Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Air-conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence
  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence

Nice to have: Training/experience from OEM highly regarded.
