About the role:

Get ready to shine In this role, you'll be the voice of exceptional customer service, connecting with our customers over the phone and turning their calls into memorable experiences. Let's make every conversation count This role is open to part-time and full-time opportunities.

  • Experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Background in front office call centres, administrative, or customer service roles.
  • Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including patience, clarity, and empathy in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
  • Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
