What you will be responsible for: reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for accurately presenting and explaining contract clauses, documentation, and the new home process to Domaine NSW clients. Assisting clients with enquiries, ensuring clients are aware of, and understand, the details and costs relating to their home. Utilizing your customer service skills you will play an important role in the clients home building journey.

Overview

Welcome to your new role with Domaine Homes. We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Presenter to join our team with Domaine Homes. Domaine Homes is one of the businesses within the Campbell Property Group, a well established Australian-owned, residential builder renowned for our passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively and regularly communicate progress, delays and any documentation requirements to clients throughout the process in order to prevent escalated issues.
  • Action escalated client issues promptly and work with Manager if necessary to achieve a positive result.
  • Provide clients with clear, accurate and consistent standard documentation throughout the process within pre-set timeframes.
  • Liaise with key internal contacts to ensure documentation is prepared prior to client appointments.
  • Ensure client signs all relevant documentation including checklist.
  • Request, collect and issue receipt for appropriate deposits.
  • Order Builders Warranty Insurance once contract has been signed.
  • Regularly report on workflow timings and communicate with sales team to ensure standard timeframes are met.

  • Sound knowledge of methods of construction, and feasibility and costs of variations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
