As a Relationship Executive in our Healthcare segment, you'll partner with a diverse range of clients across the healthcare industry, helping them navigate opportunities and challenges with confidence. Backed by a team of specialists, analysts, and market-leading tools, you'll deliver tailored financial solutions that make a difference.

In this role, you'll work closely with healthcare clients, combining your industry insight with our innovative solutions to drive long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients
  • Identify new opportunities and grow your portfolio with strategic origination
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Lead deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, and risk management
  • Partner with analysts to ensure high-quality credit submissions

What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience managing and growing client portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen and a desire to deepen your financial expertise
  • A passion for relationship management and a commitment to regional communities
  • Experience in Commercial Banking and a genuine interest in the healthcare sector
  • A tertiary qualification in Business or Finance (highly regarded)
