The Role
We're looking for a senior engineer with strong front-end expertise who can take ownership of our user experience. While this role is front-end focused, you'll work across the full stack to deliver high-quality features. You'll collaborate closely with our CTO and engineering team, converting designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive interfaces that make Coursebox a delight to use.

What you'll work on

Front-end development - Lead development using AngularJS v1, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

UI implementation - Work with UI designers to bring Figma designs to life in a way that is visually stunning and user-friendly

Backend collaboration - Contribute to backend services in Node.js (Loopback), PostgreSQL, and Redis when needed

APIs & integrations - Build and integrate APIs to power AI-driven course creation features

Product collaboration - Work closely with the team to solve technical challenges and improve the overall user experience

What we're looking for

Strong front-end skills - AngularJS v1 or willingness to work with it as we transition to a modern framework, and CSS (tailwind)

Experience working with designers and translating Figma designs into production-ready code

Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices

Familiarity with backend development in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis

Experience using AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Co-pilot, or ChatGPT

Start-up mindset — hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Interest in AI, EdTech, and B2B SaaS products
