This represents an extremely rare opportunity a well established accounting firm based in Hawthorn. This firm has been in operation for many years and are in a period of sustained growth. The culture of the firm is fantastic.

POSITION

Due to sustained growth over the past 5 years, the position of Director has been created.

The role will involve and not be limted to

  • Work alongside the existing partners to manage the day to day operations of the firm
  • Manage a client base of existing clients
  • Conduct New Business Development
  • Tax advisory and consulting
  • Client relationship management

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following :

  • CA / CPA
  • 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
  • Demonstrated experience managing the operations of a busy accounting firm at the level of Director or Partner
  • Excellent technical tax ability
  • Genuine passion to progress to equity in the short term
  • Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Stable employment history from reputable firms
  • Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)

My client is open to candidates who have their own parcel of fees and looking to merge.
