This firm has been in operation for many years and are in a period of sustained growth.

POSITION Due to sustained growth over the past 5 years, the position of Director has been created.
The role will involve and not be limted to Work alongside the existing partners to manage the day to day operations of the firm Manage a client base of existing clients Conduct New Business Development Tax advisory and consulting Client relationship management CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following : CA / CPA 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Demonstrated experience managing the operations of a busy accounting firm at the level of Director or Partner Excellent technical tax ability Genuine passion to progress to equity in the short term Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff Exceptional communication and presentation Stable employment history from reputable firms Full working rights (no sponsorship provided) My client is open to candidates who have their own parcel of fees and looking to merge.
