This role is fast-paced conveyor work requiring quick hands and good hand eye coordination, packing and quality checking. You will be standing on your feet for long periods of time, and the general duties involve manual handling (Lifting, pushing, pulling) and repetitive tasks, so it is important applicants are comfortable with physical tasks.
Rosters
- Monday - Friday (6:00am - 2:00pm)
- Monday - Friday (2:00pm - 10:00pm)
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient operation
- Inspect products during and after production for quality, ensuring that they meet the required specifications
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
The ideal candidate will have:
- A safety mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and for your colleagues
- Experience working within a team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing and warehousing experience desirable
- Own car and license
- Food processing background highly regarded
