Additional information:
- This role is Permanent Part-time, 60hrs/fortnight

- Store operates 7 days per week with rotating roster and a mix of day and evening shifts; availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday) required

Responsibilities- Ensure the area is efficiently maintained in compliance with food standards by keeping it clean, organized, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience
- Food preparation and customer service with a focus on food safety, waste control, and following production levels
- Clear tables, wipe benchtops, and perform stock takes
- Active selling, cash handling and customer service
- Maintain the washing up area and machines; support and maintain cleanliness of the customer restaurant
- Operating ovens & fryers and assisting with food preparation, cooking and serving
- Passionate, committed, and have a love for food in its quality and presentation
- Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; hospitality and cookery experience is highly regarded
- Enthusiastic about working within a team
- Able to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks
