Role summary: Manage daily store operations. Drive sales & profit. Ensure superior service standards. Lead, develop & coordinate a retail & trade specialist team.
Responsibilities- Lead, develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists
- Ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded
- Motivate and support team to reach their full potential
- Provide a genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers
- Demonstrate leadership and brand ambassador responsibilities
- Be a safety leader, ensuring a safe work environment for team and customers
- Foster and drive a culture of safety
- Supervisory/leadership/management experience
- Ability to motivate a team and drive results
- Experience in multi-network operations (desirable)
- Strong workplace safety mindset
- Experience building relationships with customers
- Solution-focused problem-solver
- Sound computer skills
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Safe and inclusive team environment
- Ongoing training and career development
- No late-night trading
