Large Scale TechnologyOne Program

An experienced Business Analyst is needed to join a large-scale TechnologyOne program aimed at modernising core enterprise processes and enhancing service delivery.

Contract Duration: 6-12 months

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

The Business Analyst will lead activities from discovery to go-live and hypercare, collaborating closely with business SMEs, TechOne consultants, change, and testing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to elicit and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements across relevant TechOne modules.
  • Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes using BPMN/UML where appropriate.
  • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritised backlog.
  • Define data and reporting needs, including dashboards, statutory, management, and operational reports.
  • Work with TechOne consultants to align requirements with out-of-the-box capabilities; identify necessary configurations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Produce solution options and impact assessments, including trade-offs between adopting versus adapting solutions.
  • Contribute to interface specifications (e.g., financials, HR/payroll, CRM, asset systems, identity).
  • Support environment planning and configuration traceability.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst on enterprise SaaS/ERP programs, including at least one end-to-end TechnologyOne implementation or major upgrade.
  • Strong process design and requirements engineering skills (BPMN, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Hands-on UAT planning/execution and involvement in cutover/hypercare activities.
  • Experience with Agile delivery within a program governance framework (e.g., PRINCE2/PMO stage gates).
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with OneCouncil, Property Rating systems.
  • Sectors such as Local Government, Universities, Health, Utilities with relevant statutory/reporting needs.
  • Understanding of TechOne configuration patterns and common integrations, especially configuring BPA's.
