About the Opportunity

We currently have a Food Services Assistant role available to join our Food Services Team on a casual basis at St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane. This position offers opportunities to work across a 7-day roster.

You will bring your passion to work with a team to deliver high-quality food and services to our patients in a hotel room service food model.

Things that work for us:
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in food preparation, hygiene, and infection control principles
  • Basic computer literacy, using a range of online systems
  • Proven ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and nights
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to high patient-centered care
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety and safe manual handling practices
