About The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online team, customer service team, inventory, and office in charge activities.

You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and profitability of your store and a highly experienced retail professional, accountable for your store's inventory processes and financial management activities.

About You And Your Skills

  • To be proactive in driving continuous improvement of process and procedures
  • Able to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
  • To promote a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety, and wellbeing first
