Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact? This is your opportunity to join a supportive organisation and play a pivotal part in delivering efficient, people-focused HR solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to provide end-to-end HR support, working closely with managers and employees to deliver best practice across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. You'll be the go-to person for approximately 90 employees, offering advice, solving problems, and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, visa requirements, and international onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processing.
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate training and health initiatives.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and legislative compliance.
• Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
• Deliver HR reporting and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar HR role (oil & gas industry experience highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HRIS systems.
• Degree in HR Management, Business, or related discipline (CIPD or working towards is desirable).
