Job Description - Maintenance Scheduler

Maintenance Scheduler

UGL has been awarded a contract to provide a range of maintenance, shutdown and project services for a Curtis Island LNG facility. UGL has commenced the contract mobilisation process and we are now seeking safety focused and highly skilled individuals to join our team on a full-time basis. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Scheduler based in Gladstone, local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills and experience:

  • Must have a strong working knowledge of SAP with Masterdata experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in scheduling
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools (SAP Capacity Planning & Prometheus)
  • Capability and flexibility to handle multiple tasks in restricted timeframes to support Integrated Planning team

Position outcomes:

  • Responsible for scheduling within an Integrated Planning team
  • Schedule maintenance, project and minor shutdown work
  • Develop and implement 28 day planning schedules
  • Timely recognition of potential schedule deviations
  • Monitor expediting and tracking of all supplied items
  • Overall planning & scheduling
  • Assisting in the development of SAP Master data
