The Operational Excellence & Luxury Escapes Business Traveller team has a large scope, focused on building products for internal departments that allow us to scale faster and also growing our B2B corporate travel offering. Luxury Escapes is an in-person company. We work and collaborate together, face to face in our Barangaroo office based in the Sydney CBD.

The OperX & Luxury Escapes Business Traveller (LEBT) team is pivotal to Luxury Escapes and relied upon by customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality customer experience. The team works on both customer facing projects, principally building our B2B corporate travel platform as well as features for our internal sales and service team like our custom offer feature enabling sales agents to source unlimited supply for our customers.
Your responsibilities- Lead the development of LE's corporate travel platform (LEBT), working closely with the commercial team to deliver the best corporate travel platform in Australia.
- Facilitate LE's growth by building technology and tools that boost efficiency for Customer Sales and Service, Operations, Finance and more.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.
- Engage with stakeholders to improve efficiency in our customer service, customer sales and finance teams.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.
- Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
- Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high-growth business.
- Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
- Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation.
- Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about building products that customers love.
- Demonstrated success in defining metrics to launch excellent products.
