The Role

As a passionate hospitality professional with supervisory experience in a high volume food and beverage service environment, you will collaborate with a close-knit team of hospitality experts and confidently lead and inspire our front of house team to exceed guest expectations. Our team values employment stability and team spirited action.

Reporting to the Bistro Manager, you will :

accept responsibility and accountability forensuring the smooth and efficient running of allocated shifts and overall presentation of the outlet

monitor restaurant bookings throughout service to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests

competently operate POS system andhandle and reconcile cash.

lead by example and enthusiastically demonstrate your passion for food and beverage service and guest engagement.

have sound team leadership experience.

display a calm, productive, proactiveapproach in our fast paced environment.

be reliably availablefor a variety of shifts within Bistro operating hours, across 7 days, especially week-ends.

have professional grooming and presentation.
