What you\'ll be doing?
  • Portfolio Management: Efficiently manage a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing maintenance, lease renewals, and final inspections.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure timely rent collection and manage arrears in compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Client Communication: Maintain detailed property records and provide regular updates to landlords, keeping them informed and satisfied.
  • Customer Service: Handle tenant inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with tradespeople and coordinate maintenance and repair works to keep properties in top condition.
  • Lease Management: Oversee the lease renewal process, ensuring timely completion to minimize vacancies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with changes in the Residential Tenancy Act and regulations to ensure all operations are compliant.
  • Sales Support: Assist the leasing team with property viewings as needed, contributing to overall team success.
Who are they looking for?
  • Property Management Experience: Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience in residential property management, but candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
