About the company / role :

Our client is a supplier of specialised laboratory technology with a strong commitment to innovation and customer service. This role is a unique opportunity for a recent Chemistry or Engineering graduate looking to step away from the lab and develop skills in Sales & Marketing. This is a permanent full-time role with standard office hours and reports directly to the General Manager.

Duties :

  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and handle customer inquiries
  • Maintain CRM records and coordinate order fulfillment
  • Learn product specifications and industry standards (ASTM, ISO, IP)
  • Assist with email campaigns, social media, and event coordination
  • Update website content and manage sales collateral
  • Use Canva to create basic design assets
  • Identify workflow improvements across sales and marketing

Skills / experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments is highly beneficial
  • Strong interest in technical sales, marketing, or product specialization
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or Canva is highly regarded
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Bonus: customer service, admin, or internship experience
