Occupational Therapist - Graduate Program 2026

Are you about to graduate and wondering where your OT journey will take you? AIM Therapy for Children is looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team. We support you every step of the way, whether you're fresh out of university or about to finish.
We offer opportunities at our Canning Vale, Joondalup & Wembley clinics.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team alongside Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Physiotherapists in clinics, homes and schools across Perth.
  • Gradual caseload ramp-up to support your transition into supervision and autonomous practice.
  • Weekly supervision to set you up for success.
  • Focus on client care with admin support for bookings and invoicing.
  • Autonomy in community-based work with potential to grow into community roles.
  • Participate in monthly internal professional development meetings and access a library of professional development resources.
  • Opportunity to work from home as you progress and expand into community work.

  • Graduate Occupational Therapist or near completion of OT studies, ready to start your OT career.
  • Ability to work across our Perth-based clinics, homes and schools.
