Key Responsibilities:
  • Capital Transaction Leadership: Lead the full transaction lifecycle for high-profile retail assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio enhancement strategies.
  • Strategic Financial Analysis: Conduct sophisticated financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to inform data-driven investment decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and financial institutions, to foster successful transaction outcomes.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Develop and execute asset management strategies to enhance value, monitor portfolio performance, and support long-term growth.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: Significant background in capital transactions with a focus on retail property, preferably with a proven record of executing large-scale deals.
  • Analytical Strength: Advanced financial modeling skills, paired with deep insights into retail property markets.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead projects and liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
