This role has come about due to successful business wins. The team is expanding and seeking both a Manager and a Senior due to growth.

As a Corporate Finance Manager specialising in Transaction Services, you will make a direct impact on major financial transactions. Here's what your day-to-day could look like:

  • Working with an impressive portfolio: Engage with a diverse range of clients, from privately held companies to large public firms, offering strategic advisory services that directly impact major deals.
  • Dive into detailed financial analysis: Conduct thorough due diligence, reviewing income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and operational metrics to uncover key insights that drive decision-making.
  • Craft high-quality financial reports: Transform complex data into strategic advice, giving clients the information they need to capitalize on transaction opportunities.
  • Shape deals from the inside: Play a pivotal role in structuring transactions, evaluating purchase prices, and drafting sale agreements that meet clients' needs.
  • Lead high-stakes meetings: Be at the forefront of discussions with senior management, guiding negotiations and ensuring that every client receives exceptional service.
  • Mentor the next generation: Help junior team members grow their skills, fostering a supportive environment where everyone's potential is realized.
  • Drive business growth: Get involved in business development by preparing client proposals and pitching for new opportunities, expanding the firm's reach and your professional network.
  • Support capital markets projects: Assist with Investigating Accountant's Reports for IPOs and capital raisings, ensuring compliance and successful outcomes.

The ideal profile:

  • Professionally qualified CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience gained working with a Big Four/Medium Tier firm with a focus on Transaction Services
  • A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A natural leader with experience managing projects under tight deadlines
  • Someone with the drive to go above and beyond, ready to make their mark in a fast-paced environment.
