As a team member of the QLD TechZone, this role represents the "face of IT," focused on delivering the highest level of customer service. Using innovative solutions, the role ensures service is quick and efficient.
Key to this role is your passion for technology and eagerness to explore new solutions. You understand the importance of building positive customer relationships through technical advice and timely repairs.
Your Opportunity- Maintain a customer-centric TechZone where users can seek technical support
- Manage inventory, ensuring laptops and peripherals are received, maintained, and accounted for
- Engage with users on their working floors and proactively identify technical issues before they are reported
- You pay attention to details, with a proactive attitude towards accuracy and meeting deadlines
- You are organized, efficient, and committed to delivering impactful outcomes
- You value effective communication to share ideas, inspire, and drive change, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools for incident and request resolution
- Knowledge of ITIL practices; certification in ITIL 3 or 4 is preferred
- Understanding of Windows architecture and tools; basic proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
- Knowledge of mobile technologies, including troubleshooting iOS and Android devices
