Working as part of the Student Service SPOT team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students. As the first point of contact for both current and future student enquiries in our busy call centre and on campus, you will be supporting our students to navigate university systems and processes and setting them up to get the most out of their university experience. We are seeking a skilled communicator with customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to join our team. You will provide accurate, timely and documented advice to students on a range of matters including course advice, administration, admissions, enrolment, fees and scholarships.

Position Requirements
  • Knowledge and proficient in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Call Centre techniques.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and administrative experience with a demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning to achieve goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse university community.
