As a contractor to the Australian Federal and NSW governments, Parklife Metro is leading a transformative project connecting St Marys to Bradfield, linking with the new Western Sydney Airport.

The Parklife Metro consortium, comprising Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild, is delivering the Stations, Systems, Trains, and Operations & Maintenance package for the Sydney Metro-Western Sydney Airport project.

RDWSA will operate and maintain 6 new stations, 12 metro trains, core rail systems, and a state-of-the-art stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills for 15 years post-operations.

About the Role:

Reporting to the P&C Director, this role will develop and deliver employee experience, organisational development, and social inclusion programs impacting our people and communities.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing workforce development and industry participation strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Collaborating with stakeholders such as Sydney Metro, consortium partners, government agencies, and training providers to design impactful initiatives
  • Enhancing workplace wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive environment
  • Creating policies reflecting social responsibility and employee experience commitments
  • Expanding employee rewards and recognition programs to celebrate team contributions
  • Supporting graduate, apprenticeship, and trainee programs in partnership with universities and TAFE
  • Promoting social procurement practices with procurement teams, engaging small, Aboriginal-owned, and inclusive businesses
  • Leading the implementation of the 'Professional Integration Program' with the RATP Dev Foundation Group
  • Facilitating cultural awareness and professional development training
  • Developing reporting tools to monitor progress on workforce and industry participation goals
