About you :

In your new role you will;

  1. Use data and technology to identify risks, monitor performance, measure effectiveness of interventions, and report and promote progress and outcomes in accordance with legislative and corporate obligations.
  2. Initiate and coordinate the review of occupational violence incidents.
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships and strategic networks with key internal and external stakeholders, client groups, duty holders, and industry leaders to share information, identify ongoing and emerging OV issues and trends, and provide high-level advice to the HSW Leadership team.
  4. Understand and incorporate project and operational risk assessment processes into management plans and facilitate workshops to characterize relevant risks and controls.
