Your new opportunity

Located in Shepparton VIC, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.

The key responsibility areas involve operational focus and maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What sets you apart

We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed valuation skills and strong communication and business development abilities. A strong client focus and commitment to personal and professional development is essential, together with:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status or RPV
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
