Are you an admin superstar with a passion for making a difference behind the scenes?

Suncare is expanding its Clinical Services, and we're looking for a second talented Administration Officer to support our growing team and help ensure the delivery of quality clinical services through smooth and responsive administration. In this pivotal role, you'll support operations, contribute to team coordination, and help maintain service excellence as we grow.

The opportunity is available on a permanent full-time basis (Monday to Friday), with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements that include working at our Hervey Bay office and from home.

More about the role

Reporting to the Manager – Clinical Services, your days will be filled with variety and purpose as you:

Update and maintain customer records and databases

Schedule clinical training, events, and coordinate associated travel requirements

Support unplanned leave for clinicians, contacting customers and rescheduling

Manage bookings, waitlists, and referrals for clinics and group classes

Participate and contribute to team meetings, including taking minutes and providing administrative support

Order and manage supplies and equipment

Attend to phone calls, emails and triage clinical requests

What you will bring to our team

High level computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to learning and using a range of IT systems

Customer service skills that are both professional and personable

Eagle-eyed attention to detail and impeccable data accuracy

Confidence in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders

A knack for juggling changing priorities with poise

Initiative, problem-solving ability, and independent judgement

Knowledge and experience in community services or aged care sector is desirable but not essential
