About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic WA Projects team in Malaga on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of communications infrastructure projects, from planning and estimation through to execution and closure.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to scope. Working closely with the Program Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of delivery and client satisfaction across our operations. Key responsibilities include:
Plan, define, and execute project scope, budgets, timelines, and resourcing
Manage day-to-day project activities and communications
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions
Ensure contract compliance and manage variations or changes
Lead project close-out activities and capture lessons learned
Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance are upheld across all project stages.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates with:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in mining or commercial communications infrastructure projects
Practical experience in the communications industry (3+ years)
Strong understanding of commercial contracts and stakeholder representation
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Project Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
Current C-Class Driver's Licence and Australian work rights.
