En tant qu'acheteur(se), vous êtes en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Le lancement, la gestion, le suivi d'appels d'offres auprès des fournisseurs et la sélection de ceux qui répondent aux besoins de l'entreprise
  • La négociation des conditions d'achats (qualité, prix, livraison)
  • La gestion d'un panel fournisseurs (rationalisation, sourcing, évaluation et business reviews)
  • La résolution d'éventuels litiges commerciaux et financiers
  • La veille permanente sur ton marché (évolution de la demande, caractéristiques des produits)
  • Le suivi et la gestion des contrats
  • L'élaboration de stratégies achats
  • La participation à des salons professionnels pour nouer des relations avec de potentiels fournisseurs
Responsibilities et contexte

Éléments du rôle et contexte opérationnel :

  • La gestion d'un panel fournisseurs (rationalisation, sourcing, évaluation et business reviews)
  • Participer à des projets variés tels que la conception de stratégies et plans de performance des achats, l'optimisation des approvisionnements, et la mise en œuvre de ces plans
  • Construire et piloter les stratégies achats des familles confiées (travaux, maintenance, prestations intellectuelles, facility management, IT, marketing, etc.)
  • Rattachement à un responsable du service Achats et Marchés et accompagnement des directions et services
Qualifications

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +5 (Master Achats en école de commerce/IAE ou école d'ingénieur complété d'une formation Achats). Au-delà de vos compétences, vous êtes passionné(e) par votre métier. Nous recherchons une personne déterminée, avec une forte capacité d'écoute et d'anticipation. L'esprit d'équipe est important Curieux et force de proposition, vous aimez les défis que ce périmètre peut vous apporter.

Profil recherché et attentes

Aptitudes de négociateur et capacités d'analyse et de gestion approfondies pour suivre le portefeuille fournisseurs. Optimiser les stratégies d'achat pour garantir le meilleur rapport qualité/coût/délais. Former les utilisateurs aux outils digitaux (Gestion de demande d'achats, des contrats et des achats sur catalogue).
