We are looking for Baristas Cafe All Rounder with a strong background in coffee or experience working in a busy cafe environment. Having worked in a similar position for at least 1 years is preferred.

To be successful, we are looking for someone who

  • Understanding and knowledge of operating a espresso machine, experience in preparing espresso coffees
  • A focus on continuous improvement & exceeding customers' expectations every time to create loyal customer
  • A keen focus on processes and compliance & ensuring quality every time
  • Energy, positivity & resilience with a keen focus on motivating others
  • Target orientated and career driven with the passion and abilities to be successful.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $40.80 per hour
