Responsibilities
  • Drive and implement a sector-leading strategy for the university's online education and non-award education programs.
  • Collaborate across the university and with stakeholder partners to create innovative student-centred online programs.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with industry, government and community stakeholders.
  • Oversee governance and operational delivery to ensure effective and efficient program delivery while maintaining high academic quality and student success.
Qualifications
  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated academic leadership in online learning and curriculum innovation, in leading program design, delivery and reviews within a similar complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Commercially astute, entrepreneurial leader with a strong growth mindset and the ability to build and scale a successful business.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
