We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Third In Charge to take our store in Rundle Mall to the next level This is a part time role, working 25 hours per week over Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Our flagship Rundle Mall store is bold, fast-paced, and right at the heart of the Adelaide CBD.
We're looking for a 3 IC who brings energy, leadership, and a talent for keeping both customers and operations at the centre of every decision.
With a passionate DREAMTEAM in a large-format store, you'll work alongside the Store Manager and ASM to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support in maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.

WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A 3 IC

You're passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills

You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business

You're ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.

You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional and Store Management team.

You support your ASM and Store Manager in leading and motivating your team

You participate in training initiatives in store to constantly develop your skills as a leader

You lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious)
