About The Role
  • Opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
  • Create engaging programs with industry-leading programming tools.
  • Be the face of TheirCare and build positive relationships within the school community.
  • Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
  • Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
  • Hours: 7:00am–9:00am and 2:00pm–6:00pm plus weekly administration hours.
  • Monday to Friday – no weekend work.

About You
  • You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA-recognised qualification, including but not limited to studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications in your state, please visit
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
  • Willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
  • Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.
  • Willing to obtain CHCPRT025.
