The opportunity

A new opportunity has opened for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team on a 12-month parental leave contract, supporting digital delivery and campaign execution across two consumer-facing brands.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on campaign delivery across web, email, and social platforms. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and updating web content using Adobe Experience Manager
• Building and executing email marketing campaigns via Adobe Marketo
• Preparing audience data and validating campaign lists
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using Tableau, Google Analytics and other platforms
• Creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and other social channels
• Coordinating campaign assets and delivery timelines
• Ensuring brand consistency across digital content and experiences.

This is a Melbourne CBD-based role with hybrid work arrangements available.

About you

You're a confident digital marketing practitioner with end-to-end campaign delivery experience across multiple platforms. You thrive in collaborative teams and bring a performance mindset to everything you do.

You bring:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Marketo
• Comfort working with data, reporting platforms, and campaign metrics
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong writing, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry would be highly regarded.
