We are seeking an exceptional Christian leader to take up the role of Principal, commencing in 2026 (or earlier by negotiation).

About this role
As Principal, you will:

  • Provide strategic, spiritual, and educational leadership to staff, students, and families.
  • Champion Christ-centred education and cultivate a culture of faith, learning, and care.
  • Lead a committed team of educators, supporting professional growth and high-quality teaching.
  • Partner with families and the wider community to strengthen engagement and mission.
  • Work closely with the Board and CEO of Christian Schools Tasmania to deliver on the Vision of being a "Transformational Christian Learning Community" grounded in our core values of Faith, Hope and Love.

About you
You are a leader who:

  • Has a vibrant personal faith in Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education.
  • Demonstrates proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally with senior leadership or principalship responsibilities.
  • Brings a deep understanding of teaching, learning, and contemporary educational practice.
  • Is relational, approachable, and able to build trust with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
  • Has the vision and courage to lead in a challenging but rewarding environment, with resilience and humility.
