Arkeus is a world leader in the provision of wide-area autonomous optical search systems in the Search, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance space for Defence, Civil Defence, and Environmental Sustainment applications. About the role:

You will lead the integration of our Optical Radar Payload to the relevant aircraft, demonstrate our product to customers and provide technical expertise to ensure seamless integration with the customer's system and environment. You will work closely with our product team to understand our product and how to best integrate and demonstrate it. You will be part of our dynamic and experienced commercial.

About you:

• Lead the integration of our Optical Radar Payload onto fixed-wing aircraft, UAVs, or maritime vessels, ensuring full system compatibility and performance.
• Design and execute comprehensive Product Test Plans, then deliver live demonstrations to Defence and Civil Defence customers, clearly explaining system capabilities.
• Act as the technical expert for customer engagements—understand their operational scenarios, guide seamless payload integration, and troubleshoot on-site.
• Build and nurture strategic customer relationships to identify new sales opportunities and provide ongoing support and service.

Key responsibilities:

• Integrate Optical Radar Payload to aircraft (Plane/UAV) or maritime vessel.
• Conduct product demonstrations to customers in Defence or Civil Defence sectors and explain how our system works in a clear and concise manner.
• Design and implement Product Test Plan
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and operational scenarios and provide technical expertise and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify new opportunities for our product and provide ongoing support and service
• Travel domestically and internationally, as needed.

Your experience and skills:

• Bachelors in Mechatronics, Electronics, Networking, or related engineering discipline.
• Proven track record in field testing or service environments; hands-on experience integrating optical/radar systems into aeronautical, maritime, or automotive platforms.
• The background in technical sales is adept at uncovering customer needs, articulating value propositions, and closing follow-on opportunities.
• Understanding of customer needs and operational scenarios in Defence or Civil Defence sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify new sales opportunities.
• Experience with Optic products.
• Experience with integration of aeronautical, maritime or automotive system
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Comfortable with frequent travel (domestic and international) and thriving in dynamic, cross-functional team settings.
