Job Description

As F & B Precinct Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and strategic performance of multiple food retail operations. Leading a team of senior site managers and operational staff, you will be tasked with driving commercial results, maintaining compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a precinct team, including a Multi-Site Manager and Kitchen Operations Manager
  • Drive operational excellence, cost control, and service standards across multiple outlets
  • Oversee compliance across payroll, rostering, and food safety systems
  • Analyse and report on sales performance, identifying areas for commercial improvement
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal departments
Candidate Profile

You are a senior hospitality leader with multi-site experience, ideally in retail or contract catering environments. Your strengths lie in people leadership, operational discipline, and delivering results in complex, fast-paced settings.

  • Minimum five years' experience in a senior hospitality leadership role
  • Proven success managing high-volume, multi-site operations
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety compliance
  • Skilled in labour management, cost control, and driving sales KPIs
  • Effective communicator with strong coaching and mentoring ability
