The Group F&B Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and optimisation of data driven insights and analytics across the organisation. This role will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities through analysis, enhance operational efficiencies and support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with key business unit stakeholders to provide data driven insights and recommendations to enhance revenue and identify efficiencies.
- Develop standards and data collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting pipelines.
- Assist in building an enterprise analytics function with sound statistical methodology and analytical capability.
- Deliver long term business forecasts for analytical, reporting and business planning requirements.
- Develop reporting to ensure effective strategies are developed, implemented, analysed and revised.
- Partner with FP&A teams to ensure business changes are considered during forecast and budget processes.
- Deliver projects are well documented and recorded with all project information properly prepared, stored and archived for future reference.
- Use of analytical techniques for the identification and measurement of the magnitude and type of underlying opportunity, which will inform strategy.
- Lead the delivery of F&B reporting and insights suitable for consumption by the wider marketing team and key business units.

- 4+ years of experience in an integrated resort and analytics.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, Cognos, etc
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc).
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders to produce data driven insights.
- Ability to undertake market and competitor research as required in order to understand the competitive environment.
- Be able to prioritise analytical requests and keep up with a dynamic, fast-paced, data-driven environment.
