The RoleAn opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects valued between $20m - $80m. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a high-profile development and make a significant impact within a leading construction firm.
The Responsibilities- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects.
- Build and develop your team.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale, high-rise, multi-residential construction projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years in commercial construction working on projects valued between $20m - $50m.
- Must have a stable background.
- A tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is highly regarded.
