Customer Facing Role focusing on Retention and New Business.

What you will enjoy doing

  • Retain existing customers and achieve LP Gas sales targets, including volume, margin, and product group objectives.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and input data into the EWS system.
  • Complete and submit monthly sales reports, tracking performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Identify load build opportunities within the geographic area and pass leads to relevant personnel for follow-up.
  • Re-sign customer accounts as they fall due, prepare a Business Approval Model for all re-signs, and follow company Delegation of Authority (DOA) procedures.
  • Develop and maintain the customer information base via appropriate EWS screens and develop trade alliances to ensure they are well serviced.

What makes you great

  • Two to three (2-3) years of field sales experience.
  • A clean and valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
