Join a major project services provider as a Junior ServiceNow Tester in a high-impact Federal Government environment.

Based in Melbourne, this permanent hybrid role (3 days in-office) offers a package of up to $100K inc super and requires an NV1 Security Clearance.

About the Role
We're looking for a Junior ServiceNow Tester to support testing and quality assurance across a secure ServiceNow environment. You'll execute detailed test plans, identify and manage defects, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement efforts. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, security-focused team and work on impactful projects with real-world significance.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, including regression and integration testing.
  • Manage and report defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in code reviews and define quality gates.
  • Collaborate with client teams to complete UAT and integration testing.
  • Contribute to test automation initiatives and implement scalable test frameworks.
  • Ensure ServiceNow implementations meet functional and security requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of hands-on testing experience, ideally in a ServiceNow environment.
  • Experience with test planning, defect management, and test execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in secure, agile environments.
  • Australian Citizenship and active NV1 Security Clearance (must-have).
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in government or highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow test automation and scripting.
  • Exposure to ITSM tools and Agile delivery models.
