Job Description

Our Client is seeking a ServiceNow Tester. The preferred location for the candidate is Victoria, with secondary preference given to candidates based in the Greater Vancouver area. Remote work is also considered.

Role: ServiceNow Tester

Start date: October 2025

Duration: 2 years

Location & work model: Victoria-based hybrid work model preferred; Vancouver second; remote third.

Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Based in Victoria
  • Previous ServiceNow experience
Job Responsibilities

Resource Role Title: Testers

Experience: 5+ years of recent experience

Description: The resource will engage in test planning to determine testing requirements, develop test cases/scripts, execute testing, and document results using Province tools. Testing will occur during various implementation phases.

Required Competencies
  • Experience testing and maintaining high-availability applications using appropriate principles.
  • Experience applying agile development methodologies in the public sector.
  • Experience managing application lifecycle processes.
