Join to apply for the IT Support Engineer (Desktop/Network/EUC) role at EIL Global.

We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services across Asia Pacific and EMEA, with headquarters in Adelaide, Australia. We support clients with desktops, servers, networks, and data centre technologies. We are currently seeking partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around these regions.

Mode: On-call - Casual Basis

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling desktop/network issues
  • Installing and upgrading Operating Systems
  • Applying patches
  • Software and hardware break-fix
  • Network configuration (CCNA or above certification preferred)
  • Basics of WiFi, LAN, WAN, switches, and routers
  • Installing and administering MS Office

Tools to carry:

  • Fully charged laptop with Windows 8 or 10 and admin rights
  • Cisco console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB Rj45) with proper drivers
  • Software: Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server
  • Screwdriver set, internet data card
  • Ability to console into Cisco routers using Webex
