Job Summary

The Student Engagement Coordinator is a key support role within the Student Recruitment team at Risepoint. Working closely with the Student Engagement team, this role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure prospective students receive timely, accurate and helpful information throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting their career in education, customer service or sales support. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to support student outcomes through high-quality service.

The Student Recruitment team plays a pivotal role in expanding Risepoint's reach by attracting and engaging prospective students. This team is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies and guiding students through the application and enrolment process.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support across multiple university partners
  • Help maintain consistent communication with prospective students by managing shared inboxes and responding to SMS campaigns
  • Assist with outreach to leads who have paused or disengaged to encourage re-engagement
  • Support the enrolment team with call tasks, chat inquiries, and lead follow-up
  • Ensure student data is accurately maintained in internal systems and CRMs
  • Support a positive enrolment experience for every student you interact with
Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Student Outreach Assistance
    • Contacting warm leads who have enquired about our partner programs
  • Administrative Support
    • Managing the general inboxes for our university partners
    • Emailing leads accurate information and responding to SMS campaigns in a timely manner
  • Data Integrity and Administrative
    • Ensuring student records are kept up to date so that students receive the correct information regarding their application and/or enrolment
Job Qualifications
  • Education
    • Completion of a Bachelor degree or working towards a tertiary qualification
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or support, sales support, or education-related fields (Highly regarded but is not essential).
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
    • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Client service-oriented individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to relate well to others and perform duties with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional ethical standards.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
