Job Description:This role is responsible for providing leadership in clinical frameworks and therapeutic care, ensuring quality outcomes for children and young people with complex trauma histories.
The successful applicant will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline and Post Graduate qualifications/training in relevant child, adolescent and family clinical practice, family work and/or systemic approaches.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Purpose. Transform Lives.
- Provide leadership in clinical frameworks and therapeutic care, support staff to deliver consistent, evidence-informed interventions, and ensure quality care for children and young people and their families with complex trauma histories.
- Play a central role in the direct engagement and therapeutic support of a small caseload of complex children and young people.
- Design care services training and provide clinical supervision to a small number of staff.
