Are you a strategic and results-driven strategic Growth Sales Leader, well-versed in partnering with business owners to drive scalable solutions that enhance revenue and efficiency? Do you have experience spearheading teams, including lead generation and new business? If so, the role of Strategic Growth Sales Leader could be an excellent next step in your leadership career.

What You Will Be Doing

• Motivate & Inspire – Motivate and guide the sales team, fostering a culture aligned with corporate values.
• Develop Talent – Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales excellence.
• Drive Accountability – Set clear expectations and instill personal and team ownership of performance.
• Implement Sales Strategy – Implement sales methodology, maintain territories, and evaluate data to meet targets.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Build relationships, expand networks, and address stakeholder issues proactively.
• Enhance Operations – Collaborate with marketing to enhance pipeline generation and outreach.
• Monitor Performance – Track KPIs, forecast performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Leverage Technology – Ensure CRM accuracy and collaborate with Solution Architects to identify opportunities.
  
  

What we are looking for from you:

Essential

• Degree level qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years total work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years sales management experience, spearheading sales teams of 5-8 people in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of sales success achieving targets.
  
  

Desirable

• Experience selling into HR / talent management / organisational development
