About your new role

Are you a commercially astute finance professional with a passion for strategic projects and M&A transactions? This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior-level professional with strong commercial acumen, proven stakeholder management capabilities, and experience in product-based businesses. You'll work directly with the CFO and executive leadership team, leading critical finance workstreams supporting strategic business transactions and regulatory matters across a 12-month contract period.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

  • Leading the preparation of high-quality due diligence materials and transaction documentation
  • Acting as primary finance liaison with external advisors including investment banks, legal counsel, and accounting firms
  • Managing internal workstreams ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency for potential counterparties
  • Preparing Board and investor-level presentations on financial performance and strategic priorities
  • Providing commercial insight and strategic finance support across various high-priority initiatives
  • Ensuring appropriate governance and confidentiality protocols are maintained throughout sensitive projects

About you

  • CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 10+ years of post-qualified experience
  • Commercially strong with excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong background in product-focused industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, or related sectors
  • Proven M&A transactions experience
  • Experience working in a PE-backed environment
  • Experience dealing with regulators and operating in regulated sectors
  • Demonstrated success in leading finance support for complex business transactions
  • Strong financial acumen, commercial judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
